Convenient, Comfortable, and Stylish!

Everything was wonderful - the house is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. We also really enjoyed Tim’s art around the house, and being greeted by a beautiful home baked banana bread - how thoughtful! We walked to the town square, rode our bikes (7-year-old and a 4-year-old in a trailer) to Crystal Bridges for our art day, and did the same to get to the greenway and Slaughter Pen trails without ever getting in the car. Very convenient for a few days in Bentonville. Oh, and the arcade game in the garage was a total bonus!

Perfect!

This house is perfect!!! The location, the amenities, and the hosts are all 5-star worthy! First, location is less than 1 mile from downtown Bentonville. My friends and I walked to the square for brunch one morning and it was lovely. There is easy access to all the bike trails. Second, the house itself is AMAZING! Expertly decorated, fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable with high quality linens and mattresses. Last, Tim and Leslie were wonderful hosts. They take pride in their hospitality and attention to detail. We were welcomed by a fresh chocolate cake made by Leslie and it was delicious! We will definitely be back!

They thought of everything.

This is probably my favorite place I’ve stayed. The location was perfect for CB, downtown, The Momentary, Razorback trail, all of it. We just jumped on our bikes and went. The house is perfectly decorated and the owners thought of everything: homemade muffins, snacks, extra ice for ice chests, bike racks in the garage, plugs on the nightstands for chargers, quality bedding and towels, and the list goes on. This place was great!
